1. Eligibility
   Clients must be 18 years or older. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
2. Health Declaration
   Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries or health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in training or rehabilitation sessions.
3. Booking & Cancellations
   All sessions must be booked in advance. A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
4. Behavior Policy
   LEVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership due to inappropriate behavior, without refund.
5. Facility Management
   Schedules, trainers, or operating hours may change without prior notice based on operational needs.
6. Non-Transferable Membership
   Memberships and session packages are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
