At LEVO Gym & Rehabilitation Center, we aim to ensure a high-quality experience for all our clients. Our refund policy is as follows:

Memberships:

  • Monthly and annual memberships are non-refundable once activated or after 7 days from the date of purchase — whichever comes first.

Personal Training & Rehab Sessions:

  • Unused personal training or rehabilitation sessions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been booked.

Missed Sessions:

  • Any scheduled session that is not attended without at least 12 hours’ notice will be considered used and is non-refundable.

Cancellations:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Promotional packages, limited-time offers, or free trial sessions are not eligible for refunds.
